The
office hours are Monday,Tuesday,Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Wednesday
8:00 until 3:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am until noon.We will be closed for
lunch from 12:00pm-1:30pm.Please call your pharmacy for medication
refills.Allow us 48 hours to fill these requests.Due to the volume of
patients who want to be seen please notify us within 24hours of a
cancellation.If you accumalate 3 cancellations without notification you
will be charged for an office visit.Leslie Canyon provides
comprehensive care including EKGs,Pulmonary Function Tests,minor
surgical procedures,casting,splinting, PAP and Gynecological
procedures.Quest labs operates a draw station on site but is not part
of the practice.You have the ability to access your labs 24 hours a
day,seven days a week.There is a physician on call 24 hours a day-7
